QUESTIONS FOR: YCCM CHAPTER 3 MAKING JESUS THE CENTER OF YOUR JOY

SELF REFLECTION: A Look in the Mirror * Once again, when we look at Jesus' parables, He is challenging us to examine where our heart lies. Closely  examining  your heart, answer the following questions.  *DISCUSS  your answers with a mature Believer who can guide you in your spiritual relationship with Jesus and our Father, and/or have group discussions to learn from those who have different experiences and perspectives.  QUESTIONS:  Write down your questions and discuss them with a mature Believer or submit them to: fsasw.blogspot.com, or fssw-followers.weebly.com.  (I) THE SOLID ROCK If we come to God without acknowledging Jesus (Yeshuah), will God recognize us? What is the difference between recognize and acknowledge?  Will God acknowledge our worthiness if we don't acknowledge, or, know His Son? How will God know that we know His Son?  How can God say that He doesn't know us if we have continually gone to Him in prayer and worship? Who or what do God's children or

THE FACE OF LOVE CHAPTER 10 FORGIVENESS

THE FACE OF LOVE CHAPTER 10 FORGIVENESS Forgiveness. Forgiveness is an act we often expect when we have wronged someone. Even when we have severely interrupted and disrupted the lives of others, we most often feel entitled to forgiveness so that we can move on with our lives. As Jesus hung upon the cross dying, He asked His Father to forgive them, for they know not what they do. These words were not out of desperation, or due to the agony of physical torture, they were the  cure  to these things. These words came from Jesus's heart which had overcome the world and at that time was overcoming the pain and sentence of death that had been cast upon Him by His people. He wasn't identifying individuals or a group of people who were responsible for nailing Him to the cross.  Jesus was not fighting flesh . His words were not out of malice. As we undergo scrutiny, opinions, judgements, doubts, negativity and even pain, that will be cast upon us also, we must cast aside our

THE FACE OF LOVE CHAPTER 9 FEELING ENTITLED

THE FACE OF LOVE CHAPTER 9 FEELING ENTITLED 1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. As Believers, we must never think of ourselves as victims. To think of yourself as a victim is to condemn yourself, to deny the power of God within and around your life, and to prevent your growth in spiritual maturity and fruitfulness. To think of yourself as a victim is to hang on to negative thoughts and experiences, believing God was not there with you and that He had no plan to turn evil into good. To think of yourself as a victim is to have condemnation within your heart for others, preventing you from loving them unconditionally. To think of yourself as a victim is to separate yourself from God and cling to the world. To think of yourself as a victim is to place more

THE FACE OF LOVE CHAPTER 8 PART 2 MISINTERPRETING THE CALL TO HOLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS Matthew 9:35-38  35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. 36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. Jesus told us to pray and ask our Father to send more workers for the field. Today, with all of the places of worship, spiritual leaders, and worshippers, one would think that there are enough workers now to do what is needed, but, there aren't. God is still calling men and women all over the world to minister to His people, the
